| Ethel W. Neitzel, 95, of Watertown, passed away Friday morning, Dec. 21, 2007, in her home at Swifthaven in Watertown. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Watertown with the Rev. David Groth officiating. |
